AGE REQUIREMENTS TO OPERATE ANY OF OUR WATERCRAFT: Drivers of our watercraft must be 25 years of age. If born after September 1, 1993 must have boater certification card and have a valid drivers license
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Watercraft/boat drivers born after September 1 ,1993 are required to hold a Texas Boater Safety Card as mandated by Texas Parks and Wildlife. The card must be presented at time of rental. If you do not have card you are not allowed to rent boat, no exceptions. You forfeit all monies paid and it will result in cancellation of the reservation with no future rescheduling.If you were born prior to September 1, 1993 you are not required to hold the Boater Safety Card. You will need a valid drivers license and a credit card to be able to rent watercraft/boat.

Public restrooms are located at the Marina or Harbor House. We do not have a public restroom.

It is our goal to make sure stereos are working on all of our boats. However, we can not guarantee that the stereo will be in service at the time of your rental. Our boats are equipped with aux inputs for blue tooth.
Do not leave the stereo on during your entire rental time while the boat is turned off. This will run the battery down and your boat will not start. If we have to jump start the boat there will be an additional $275.00 charged to the credit card on file.

Please note bad weather does not mean cloudy or a drop in temperature.
If weather inhibits your rental due to lighting, thunder, hail, winds over 20 mph, or torrential down pours you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for a later date during that season. We do not offer refunds. Reschedule dates are based on availability and may not be used for major holidays.

Cancellations are NOT allowed on holiday weekends, Refunds will not be issued.
There is a $100.00 cancelation fee for cancelling reservation.
You can not cancel and rebook on the day of your reservation.
If you cancel within 7 days of your rental date, 50% of the rental amount is due.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before rental date, the full rental amount is due.
If you do not show or cancel the day of rental, your credit card will be charged for the full rental amount. No exceptions.
If you are 30 minutes late for your rental time, your reservation will be cancelled and you will be charged for the full rental amount
There is no refund or credit for unused time or early returns

Do not beach the boat or pull up to shore at any time ($500.00 charge if you do)
Do not pick up other people from the shore at any time ( Keep 100 yards from shore)
Do not over load the boat, there is a weight limit
Obey all NO WAKE ZONES at all times
All children under 13 must wear a life jacket at all times
Anyone who swims must wear a life jacket
All boats are to be back at dock at the scheduled time , if not there will be a late return fee charged to card on file
Boat Operator must not be intoxicated at any time
You understand you are liable for all damages and will be charged
You agree not to let anyone else operate the boat beside the designated driver
You agree to follow all boater safety rules and regulations
You are to stay within the limits given to you at orientation. A map will be given to you at time of orientation explaining boundaries of where and where you can not take boat

Coolers are allowed, however Styrofoam coolers are not allowed. Glass bottles are not allowed. Coolers are subject to inspection.
Need a cooler, we have them for rent.
Life jackets are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.

Our rates start at $75.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum during the week and a 3 hour minimum weekends.

The boat capacity is strictly enforced as it is mandated by the Texas Parks and Wildlife and US Coast Guard stability allowances. It is not Woody’s on the Lake rule.
Please do not ask us to bend this rule. If you arrive for your reservation with more than the boats weight limitation and/0r maximum allowed on boat all parties will not be allowed on the boat and you risk your reservation being cancelled and your rental amount will be forfeited.(you will not receive a refund).
Lessee agrees that the watercraft rented will not exceed the maximum permitted occupancy and weight limitations.

No, sorry our insurance will not allow you to tow your own tube behind our boats.

Fishing is allowed from our fishing pontoon boats only. We do NOT allow fishing from our standard or premium boats.
If you have a reservation for a standard or premium boat and arrive with fishing poles you will not be allowed to take them onto the boat.
There is no fishing from our dock.

Everyone over the age of 18 is required to complete the online waiver.
There is a $25.00 per person administrative fee if waiver is not completed prior to rental time.

We rent tubes and floating lily pads.
Single person tubes $20.00
Lily pad medium 15x 6 accommodates 6-8 people $50.00
Lily pad large 18 X 6 accommodates 8-10 people $75.00
Customers are not allowed to bring tubes, skis, wake boards ect to tow behind our boats.
Lily pads are not allowed to be pulled behind boats. No exceptions.

An inspection of the boat will be conducted at time of boat orientation and upon returning boat to dock. You are responsible for any damages to the boat, including but not limited to tears, stains, anchor, ladder, propeller, gears, and dents.
You will be held responsible and liable for the total cost of any and all damages to the boat . Woody’s on the lake has up to 48 hours after the rental & prior to being rented again to discover and inform you of damage found.
You will be charged replacement cost for items lost or damaged to include but not limited . Tube, lily pad, life jackets, anchor, ladder, propeller, Bimini top, and excessive cleaning fee.
Your credit card on file will be charged for damages and/or replacement cost.

Boat rental is located inside Collin Park Marina. The park charges an entrance fee that is separate from the Boat Rental.
As you enter the park follow the main road , look for the Woody’s on the Lake boat rental signs.

All reservations are required to be booked online. We experience a high number of phone calls a day and this is the quickest and most convenient way to make a reservation. Please read our website carefully, and review all the frequently asked questions before you make a reservation.

The park charges an entrance fee to enter the park, this is separate from the boat rental. We do not have any control over the entrance fee.
